The standard non-refundable application fee is $50.00 per prospective resident. The fee for married couples is $100. Roommates and guarantors are required to complete separate applications and pay the associated fees.
Once your application is completed and application fee is paid, you will be contacted by a Stratford Hills staff member to go over the next steps.
